Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry if an item from your order didn’t meet your expectations – our goal is for you to feel completely comfortable in our clothing. That’s why we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

Returns
– You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Please ensure the items are clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Exchanges
– Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.

Return Costs
– Return shipping costs are covered by you.
– If an item is faulty or was delivered incorrectly, we will of course cover the return shipping.

How it works

  1. Send us an email with your order number.
  2. We will provide you with all the return instructions.
  3. Once we have checked the items, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Why no free returns?

We want to encourage conscious shopping. Free returns often lead to impulse purchases – which puts unnecessary strain on the environment, our partner labels, and us as a small business.
